DOMAINE DE SAINT GUILHEM
Former wine estate since 1738, Saint Guilhem the aptly named owes its origin to the Count of Toulouse Guillaume de Gellone canonized in 1066 under the name of Saint Guilhem. Discreet, the vines are there, taking advantage of every ray of the Toulouse sun. Recognized for its fine wines and eaux-de-vie over the last centuries, the Domaine de Saint Guilhem now has 7 ha of vines, surely one of the smallest vineyards in the South West. It is located 191m above sea level and 25km north of Toulouse, with a breathtaking view of the Plaine du Frontonnais.

Its wines are among the richest in polyphenols in the world, these small components of wine that are good for the heart! The Domaine de Saint Guilhem was the guest of honor in Osaka for the occasion of the Hankyu Umeda department store, which organizes gastronomic and cultural events every year.
Visits to the cellars and the vineyard, and wine tasting are possible every day (except Sunday) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The estate also offers its Guest House. The main building, made of red bricks and pebbles from the Garonne, houses 4 guest rooms with character and an old chapel where breakfasts are now served by Esméralda and Philippe Laduguie.

Behind the dovecote, cork oaks and bald cypress trees enchant the walker, a discreet swimming pool overlooks the well and the pond of the Domaine de Saint Guilhem where the passing deer and wild boar come regularly to quench their thirst.
