DOMAINE LA BOUYSSE
Domaine La Bouysse covers some forty hectares, in Saint-André-de-Roquelongue, in the heart of the Corbières, between Grande Bleue and mountains. The vineyard is made up of vines between 30 and 50 years old, some even reaching 115 years old. Martine Pagès and her brother Christophe Molinier are passionately developing this family property. Committed by conviction in organic farming since 2010, they obtained the AB Label in 2013 and can now produce high quality wines while respecting the environment. The family is dedicated to only one thing: that of making good wine, wine for pleasure. For Martine and Christophe, no artifice, the truth comes from the quality!
They invite you to discover their estate, its history and its wines, fresh and fruity, which carry the colors of their land. Share (almost) all their secrets, during a gourmet walk in the vineyard, entitled "Les Sentiers Pédestres", every Wednesday from June to September. By following the path, among the smells of garrigue, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Fontfroide massif. At the end of this nature outing, a tasting of Domaine La Bouysse wines will be offered to you along with local products.
